Op has been getting busy and says 'I love and believe in Chicago, and I think it would be the prefect host city for the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games'. If this does go ahead not only will the whole opening ceremony be one big cell block tango, but it'd be one to miss - wtf do I know and care about Chicago?
